At 2001, Oineza showed her talent in acting for an ABS-CBN drama ”Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan.” 2003 she portrayed the role of young Ara in ”Sana'y Walang Wakas” and at 2004, she again portrayed the role as young Marina to Claudine. Since then on, at the year 2005-2008 Oineza came to prominence as one of the child star of the little gag show: ”Goin' Bulilit”.
After she graduated at the said show; at 2008, Jane Oineza portrayed her role as Moira (Maarte Kid) in Kung Fu Kids TV series. A girl who had powers to control frogs in pambabarang.
Jane recieved a lot of project in Abs-Cbn network including one of the cast and guesting of Ligaw na Bulaklak (2008), Shout Out! (2010), Maria La Del Bario (2011), Oka2kat (2012), and portrayed her role as Nene in Maalaala Mo Kaya's episode: Manika which gave Jane a Nomination for Best Drama 41st International Emmys Award. Jane also portray her roles at Wansapanatym's episodes: ”Unan” and ”Bola”.
Oineza was then a cast of Muling Buksan Ang Puso. She was then given another chance to portray in Maalaala Mo Kaya's episode: Bimpo, where she have to play her role as a young woman who had a cerebral palcy. By her portrayal, she was granted a Best Single Performance by an Actress at the 27th PMPC Star Awards for Telivision alongside veteran Nora Aunor.
And at 2014 Jane joined the biggest reality show in the Philippines: Pinoy Big Brother with its newest season (All In) where celebrities, teens, and regular housemates will stay for almost 100 days in one roof. Oineza was dubbed as ”Rising Celebriteen ng Quezon City”. Oineza was named as 3rd Big Placer of the said show.
This year (2014) Jane was given a priviledge to portray the role of Rovil (a leukimia patient) which she had to work with Marlo Mortel.
Jane is also one of the partaker of Abs-Cbn's ”Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita” that will airing soon. Aside from that, Jane Oineza will also work with her fellow housemates at PBB All In; Joshua Garcia and Loisa Andalio
